Electrical bridge wet saw<\/strong> machine ideal for cuts on ceramic<\/strong>, porcelain<\/strong> and cotto<\/strong> tiles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Equipped with a 1.5HP (1.1KW<\/strong>) 220-230V engine, with direct-to-disc transmission<\/strong>, supports \u00d8 180<\/strong> and 200 mm blades<\/strong>. \u00a0Depending on blade size it can cut up to 35 (45) mm deep<\/strong> in a single run, or 55 mm in a dual run<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Available in three standard models<\/strong> capable of different max cutting lengths<\/strong>: 70cm, 100cm or 130cm<\/strong>. It can also be ordered in longer versions, up to 200cm maximum recommended cut length.<\/p>\n

ALUMINIUM CHASSIS<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The machine\u2019s main chassis is made of extruded aluminum profiles<\/strong>, and is therefore immune to rust<\/strong>, much more robust<\/strong>, and even much lighterweight<\/strong> when compared to traditional and\/or lower quality machines, based on iron structures. The advantage is terms of weight is significant to a contractor\u2019s daily acivity: a table saw weighing barely more than 50kg<\/strong> like ours is much easier to manage on a building site vs alternatives weighing more than twice as much. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, aluminium profiles are virtually undeformable<\/strong> even when the machine is heavily loaded and placed on uneven surfaces, all this resulting in much higher cut precision<\/strong> over the entire product lifetime.<\/p>\n

The work surface is also made of rust-free aluminum<\/strong>, like the main chassis \u2013 minimising friction with cut material during positioning. It is split into two halves<\/strong>, both easy to lift to facilitare underlying water tank cleansing<\/strong>. Worktable overall width<\/strong> is a generous 51cm<\/strong>, and can furtherly be extended by adopting side extension<\/a> support accessories available separately.<\/p>\n

SLIDING BRIDGE AND MOVING PARTS<\/h3>\n

The \u201cbridge\u201d is the bar supporting the cutting head\u2019s horizontal sliding. It is made of an integral 40x80mm extruded aluminum profile<\/strong>. Cutting head\u2019s movement<\/strong> is granted by 4 armored stainless steel ball bearings<\/strong>, running on 2 rails<\/strong> \u2013 one above the bridge, one underneath \u2013 also made of 100% stainless steel<\/strong>. Opposite to what happens on machines adopting nylon wheels regularly wearing out over time and usage, our bearings offer uncomparably superior wear resistance<\/strong>, and virtually eliminate periodical calibration<\/strong> requirements.<\/p>\n

Electrical cables, and the water pipe feeding the cutting unit are protected by a robust<\/strong>, flexible<\/strong> hard plastic chain<\/strong>, assembled as to always keep above the sliding bridge thereby offering protection from potentially severe damages<\/strong> originating during cut or transport. The chain features single-serviceable links.<\/p>\n

DIRECT TRANSMISSION<\/h3>\n

The direct-to-disc transmission architecture offers better initial cue<\/strong>, resulting in superior cut efficiency on ceramic<\/strong> or porcelain<\/strong>, as well as on marble<\/strong> and other similar materials.<\/p>\n

WATER TANK<\/h3>\n

The water tank is made of Polyethylene, a very strong plastic material featuring superior resistance to low and high temperatures, and non-deformable. Unlike its lower quality metallic alternatives it is impervious to rust, and does not leak. Equipped with a handy screw-cap, virtually impossible to accidentally be removed, it is easy to clean.<\/p>\n

MITRE (45\u00b0) CUT<\/h3>\n

Horizontal sliding bridge<\/strong> and cutting head can easily be side-reclined<\/strong> to execute 45\u00b0 (\u201cmitre\u201d) cuts<\/strong>. A plug-in extension applicable to base squares is supplied to extend them either side and better support mitreing on larger slabs. For the most demanding cases optional side tables<\/a> and extended counter-square bars<\/a> are also separately available.<\/p>\n

VERTICAL HEAD TILTING SYSTEM<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cutting unit\u2019s built-in vertical tilting system<\/strong> enables the operator to execute box cuts<\/strong>, or other special cuts<\/strong>, and to calibrate cut thickness<\/strong> to the desired value in total safety and ease.<\/p>\n

Bilateral tilting metal protections<\/strong> are installed at the blade sides to reduce water dispersion<\/strong>, water splash, and moreover to contribute protecting the operator from accidental blade or debris<\/strong> contact. Electrical cables and water pipe feeding the cutting unit stay on their turn protected within a very robust yet flexible plastic chain.<\/p>\n

ELECTRICAL SUBSYSTEM<\/h3>\n

The main electrical switch includes a magneto-thermal safety device<\/strong> protecting the engine from overheats<\/strong>\/overloads. Also, a release coil<\/strong> prevents from accidental switch-ons<\/strong> following unexpected power supply breaks. In case of erratic electricity supply flow \u2013 e.g. due to an underspecced generator, or a too long \/ too thin power chord \u2013 as well as in case of engine overheating the switch\u2019s Green button will automatically go off<\/strong>, thereby protecting the user and the machine itself from the dangers of continued operations under non-regular conditions. The same happens in case of sudden electrical supply loss, to avoid the engine to restart without notice as soon as the line is restored.<\/p>\n

MAGNETIC INDUCTION WATER PUMP<\/h3>\n
