The DRAGON 750 is a carriage-type wet cutting machine designed for poroton, tuff, brick, and concrete components.
Equipped with a powerful 5.5 HP three-phase motor, it supports Ø750 mm blades and cuts materials up to 300 mm in a single pass and 400 mm in a double pass.

REINFORCED STEEL CHASSIS
To meet the needs of cutting extremely large and heavy materials, the entire structure is built from carbon steel and designed with an extremely low centre of gravity, ensuring maximum stability even under demanding loads.
WORKING CART
The large painted-steel carriage features movement handles that help keep the operator safely distanced from the cutting group.
Carriage movement is ensured by 8 special stainless-steel armored ball bearings sliding on 4 stainless-steel rails.
Wear resistance is exceptionally high, eliminating — or reducing to rare cases — the need for maintenance or replacement.
A bilateral anti-tilt device is included for added safety.
THREE-PHASE ENGINE
The 5.5 HP Italian-made three-phase motor is powerful enough to cut not only all types of bricks but also more demanding materials such as tuff and concrete products.
BELT TRANSMISSION
The POLY-V belt drive provides higher torque — and consequently greater cutting power — with the same motor rating.
This configuration also places the motor further from the cutting area, enabling greater cutting depth.
WATERY TRAY
The steel water tray offers the necessary mechanical resistance against debris falling from the carriage.
It is fully removable for easy cleaning and equipped with a rubber drain plug for quick and effortless emptying.
VERTICAL TILTING SYSTEM
The cutting head includes a vertical tilting mechanism allowing the operator to adjust the cutting depth with exceptional ease.
MECHANICAL PROTECTIONS
The cutting group features front and bilateral guards designed to reduce water dispersion and, most importantly, operational risk.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The switchgear includes a magnetothermal safety device protecting the motor, and a no-voltage release coil preventing accidental restarts.
If the power supply is irregular—for example due to an undersized generator, an excessively long or inadequate power cable, or motor overheating—the green ON button disconnects automatically, warning the operator to pause work.
The same protection is activated in case of sudden power loss, ensuring the motor does not restart unexpectedly when power returns.
HANDLING
The chassis rests on 4 wheels (2 pivoting), making machine positioning on site surprisingly easy despite its weight.
For transport between job sites or at the end of the workday, crane lifting eyes and reinforced forklift plates are provided.
Carriage movement is provided by armored stainless-steel bearings sliding on stainless-steel rails.
The working position of the carriage handle is easily adjustable by the operator.
Site transport is made easier thanks to reinforced anti-tilt plates that ensure safe grip with lifting equipment.
